OUR SERVICES
EVENT BASED INTERNET
We can provide you with professional internet services of up to 300Mbps for your event and/or function. Our internet service is fully symmetrical, uncapped and unshaped. This service will be delivered through a combination of secure and encrypted wireless and/or fiber services across the Western Cape and therefore includes a high likelihood of coverage for remote area events.
Typically our internet services will be delivered with an onsite router from which you can access all our services. We can also make public IP’s available for the duration of the event. We offer full customization of services, which can impose user limits and/or exclude certain abusive components. This ensures that the internet services are used for its intended purposes.
EVENT-BASED MANAGED WI-FI
Our Wi-Fi service comes with onsite assistance and the service can be set up alongside pre-defined parameters. For example, we provide multiple services at a venue for broadcasters such as the BBC where the speed is portioned out and separately provided for broadcasting, the journalists and the technical crew.
We are fully Ruckus certified and only make use of their equipment –they are the world’s leading professional Wi-Fi equipment & solution providers. A landing page with your own branding and or advertising can also be established, where the email addresses and/or cellphone numbers of users can be captured and used for marketing and statistical purposes. We also provide you with a comprehensive report allowing you to see if the Wi-Fi spent has reached its objective.
Our services include all equipment, installation, back-up power and the upliftment thereof. Our Wi-Fi facilities include both indoor and outdoor equipment. We are the proud Internet Service Providers for many prominent events, all of which is testimonial to the quality of services we provide. These include the BBC and Google.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
PROFESSIONAL AUDIO
We can provide you with a high quality microphone(s), mixing desk and speakers. This can be used for announcements, speeches, advertisements, launches and general background music. We do not provide music content, so this service is not to be confused with DJ services, rather it is that we provide infrastructure to facilitate professional audio requirements.

FAQ
In many cases the attendees at an event are clients or potential clients of the event provider and it is in the interests of the event provider to either obtain or confirm the details of the attendees. Providing free Wi-Fi at the event to such attendees is a very effective tool to either obtain or confirm such details by using a registration landing page.
The attendees can also be very effective marketers of the event by spreading the news on social media, which the availability of Wi-Fi will enable. A fast and effective Wi-Fi experience is also often positively linked to the one providing it, which elevates the product or service of the event provider in the minds of the attendees.
A mobile service is not a guaranteed service and mobile services are not designed to necessarily provide access to a large number of people in the same place at the same time. This typically causes the mobile network to be congested, which makes it a very slow and unpleasant experience for the users.
Since mobile services are also end-user services, it does not make sense for the event providers to consider such a service, since it is registered on the attendees’ devices and then makes the use thereof, at the expense of the event attendees.
Similarly, it does not make sense for event providers to procure a mobile service and then distribute same over Wi-Fi, since it’s not guaranteed and it’s not geared towards consistent usage at high speeds. Data usage costs are also notoriously high when procured from mobile operators. Poor Wi-Fi availability is a negative connotation the attendees should not be exposed to.
We on the other hand, do not provide services in the same spectrum (radio frequency band) as the mobile operators do, we provide our services in dedicated radio spectrum, which allows us to guarantee our service in its entirety. Our service is a business class service with a truly uncapped data allocation, which is not shaped down to curb any excessive usage at any point.
We also own our network and infrastructure outright and therefore are not dependent on third party infrastructure. As such we can customize our service and favour networking or routing protocols which are supportive of the objectives of the event providers.
We cover a large part of the Western Cape Metropole and surrounding areas. We have a combination of wireless and fibre POPs (points of presence), which allows us the cover most populated areas, including prevalent remote locations.
We provide free site surveys to confirm coverage and maximum speed available at any such location where coverage is confirmed.
Cost is function of the duration of the event, the number of attendees to be catered for, the speed required by each user at any given point in time and the number of users expected to be accessing our services at the same time. By allowing us to complete a simple questionnaire, we can provide you with an immediate provisional quote, subject to coverage of your location and a site survey and/or any special further requirements.
We also provide professional audio services, such as microphones, a mixing desk and speakers, which can be used to facilitate your audio requirements at the event. We also have a professional hostess available for any announcements or hosting services that you may require.
